This role will assist in the day-to-day execution and oversight of large-scale IT network infrastructure programs, working closely with the Program Manager to ensure mission success. The ideal candidate combines program management discipline with hands-on experience in complex network projects within a classified, defense-contracting environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in leading the end-to-end delivery of IT network infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met across all Task Orders and Delivery Orders (TOs/DOs).
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, integrated master schedules (IMS), risk management plans, CDRLs, and executive-level status reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, government stakeholders, and defense contractors to align mission-critical objectives and comply with DoD and federal regulations.
- Help oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of the CROWN network, ensuring security and regulatory compliance throughout the program lifecycle.
- Serve as an alternate point of contact for key government and customer stakeholders, representing the program professionally in meetings and reviews.
- Identify program risks and work with the Program Manager to develop and implement mitigation strategies to keep the program on track.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and program milestones, providing timely updates to program leadership.
- Coordinate the development of program deliverables, facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, and resolve day-to-day project issues.
- Support proposal development, contract negotiations, and resource planning activities as needed.
- Manage subcontractors, budgets, invoices, and personnel assignments in coordination with the Program Manager.
- Enforce internal processes and standards consistent with best practices and government guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility or the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of project or deputy program management experience, and 4+ years' experience with large-scale IT network infrastructure programs.
- Experience working in defense contracting and in a classified or highly regulated environment.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across technical and business disciplines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of briefing senior leadership and government customers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in time management, task prioritization, and process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- PMP certification or similar project management credential.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies within defense contracting.
- Hands-on experience with government contract execution, CDRL management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Familiarity with MBSE, systems integration, and network verification and validation processes.
- Experience supporting proposal development or contract negotiations.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for leading high-performing teams.
